1. Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to use this website and purchase products. By using this site, you confirm you are 21+.

2. Product Information

Our products contain THCA (tetrahydrocannabinolic acid) derived from hemp. When heated, THCA converts to THC and will cause intoxication. Effects include euphoria, altered perception, impaired coordination, and other psychoactive effects.

3. Legal Compliance

Products contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight, compliant with the 2018 Farm Bill. However, state laws vary. We do not ship to: Hawaii, Idaho, Minnesota, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont.

4. Drug Testing Warning

Our products will cause you to fail drug tests. Do not use if subject to drug testing for employment, legal, medical, or other purposes.

5. Health Disclaimer

Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Not FDA approved. Consult a physician before use if you have health conditions, are pregnant, or nursing. Do not drive or operate machinery after use.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders require adult signature (21+). We are not responsible for packages after delivery confirmation. See Shipping & Returns for full policy.

7. Returns

Unopened products may be returned within 30 days. Opened products cannot be returned except for defects or shipping damage.

8. Limitation of Liability

PreRoll Co. and Web Fulfillment LLC are not liable for any damages arising from product use. Maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
