Delivery Requirements
Tracking included. All orders ship with tracking information sent to your email. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
⚠️ Restricted States
We cannot ship to: Arkansas, Idaho, Minnesota, Oregon, Rhode Island
Orders placed with these shipping addresses will be canceled and refunded.
🔄 Returns
Return Policy
We accept returns on unopened, sealed products within 30 days of delivery.
Opened products cannot be returned except in cases of:
- Wrong item received
- Damaged during shipping
- Defective product
How to Return

3. Ship the item back in original packaging
4. Refund processed within 5-7 business days of receipt
Lost Packages
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered. If tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive it, please file a claim with the carrier. We recommend using a secure delivery location.
